Collaboration Structure

The GRIFFIN Collaboration consists of a consortium of institutional members and a team of physicists and engineers from across Canada and abroad. GRIFFIN is administered by its Steering Committee, and codified by its Collaboration Bylaws. The individual experiments performed with GRIFFIN are selected by the TRIUMF Experimental Evaluation Committee (EEC) which reviews all proposals for experiments at ISAC and awards beamtime based on the scientific merit and technical feasibility of the competing proposals.

  • The GRIFFIN facility for precision decay studies at TRIUMF-ISAC
  • Students and post-doctoral reseachers maintaining and preparing GRIFFIN for experiments
  • With strong Canadian leadership, the GRIFFIN collaboration involves over 200 scientists from more than 13 countires.
